The Machine
Standing more than 18 feet tall and equipped with a blade over 20 feet wide, the Cat 854G is the largest Caterpillar wheel dozer produced to date.  Its size makes it perfect for use in mining operations, power generating utilities or wherever a combination of mobility and production dozing are needed.  The 854G Wheel Dozer accomplishes its work using a four-stroke Cat 3508B Diesel Engine that generates 800 net horsepower.  Along with ruggedness and mobility, the Cat 854G is also praised for its serviceability and longevity.

The Model
Our Cat 854G continues the tradition of legendary models from CCM.  At 1:87 scale, the model measures approximately six inches long and two and a half inches tall.  This model includes details as distinctive as a fully articulating blade that raises, lowers, tilts and tips, free-rolling rubber tires with accurate tread pattern, a distinctive roading fender package and precise rails, lights and ladders. Carefully inspected for accuracy by Caterpillar engineers for the real machine, this model will compliment the finest of collections and will be at home on any discriminating collectors' display shelf, train layout or desk.
